In this video on cleaning patio pavers, we will review the difference between a surface cleaner and pressure washing wand. These paver power washing methods are both perfect for cleaning stone walkways and granite steps.
The first method of cleaning pavers is done by using the pressure washing wand. Although you can easily find it in local stores or washers, it is not the best option for cleaning.
The pressure washing wand can be quite hard to use. It has to be constantly navigated to the ground at an even distance, which might require a lot of effort. This might result in uneven cleaning, also known as zebra stripping. On top of that, it might take a couple of hours to clean the pavers properly.
The second method for cleaning pavers is done by using the surface cleaner. Although it is not easy to find, it is probably the best option for paver power washing. It is quite easy to use and navigate it as its nozzles have the same distance from the ground. This makes the cleaning of the pavers even and avoids zebra stripping. Last but not least, it saves a lot of time and effort.
